Qualifications

• Respond promptly to phone calls and emails from guests and residents.
• Review unit availability daily.
• Walk tours of model and vacant units; ensure model apartments are ready.
• Process applications and verify qualifications in a timely manner.
• Maintain CRM records and follow up with guests at least four times.
• Assist in marketing events and outreach materials.
• Promote compliance with Fair Housing Laws.
