Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Community Manager to oversee the Nova Apartments on-site operations under the supervision of the Regional Manager. You will manage all phases of the community, including personnel, leasing, maintenance, financials, administration, and risk management.

The role requires on-site leadership, ensuring compliance with company policies, safety, and fair housing guidelines, while maintaining high resident satisfaction and performance standards.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred or related experience.
• Certified Apartment Manager (CAM) or Accredited Resident Manager (ARM) preferred.
• Basic computer skills; knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee on-site staff and operations, including scheduling, training, coaching, and performance management.
• Lead leasing activities, resident relations, and move-ins to maximize occupancy and satisfaction.
• Monitor financials, budgeting, deposits, rent collections, and vendor invoices to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Ensure safety, policy adherence, and adherence to fair housing guidelines across the property.
