Job summary

YMP Real Estate Management, LLC. is seeking a Property Manager to act as the business manager for their assigned community, overseeing leasing, tenant relations, maintenance, budget planning, and rent collection.

This role requires strong financial acumen, leadership, and hands-on supervision of site staff. You will manage budget variances, contract negotiations, and ensure compliance across operations at a 150+ unit property.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of property management experience, including managing a multifamily community of 150+ units; CPM/CAM designation is a plus.
• High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred, with commensurate work experience also taken into account.
• Experience with Section 8 Housing Choice Voucher process and coordinating with Housing Authorities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all property operations including leasing, tenant relations, maintenance, and budget control.
• Administer and coordinate collection procedures, collect rent, and follow up with delinquencies.
• Read and interpret legal documents and contract service agreements; negotiate contracts and pricing.
• Supervise and train on-site staff and manage safety programs and daily operations.
