Qualifications

• A bachelor's degree in business, real estate, property management, or related field is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of commercial real estate, leasing, market trends, and regulations.
• Proficient financial management skills for budgeting, reporting, and cost control.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and negotiation abilities.
• Ability to lead, manage on-site staff, and collaborate cross-functionally.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of commercial properties, including maintenance and tenant services.
• Lead leasing negotiations, renewals, and lease administration with supporting teams.
• Develop and manage property budgets, monitor rent collections, and report financials.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulatory requirements.
• Build strong tenant relationships and address inquiries promptly and professionally.
• Coordinate with maintenance, leasing, and finance to optimize performance.
• Conduct site visits, inspections, and vendor oversight to maintain property condition.
• Provide leadership and guidance to on-site staff and property management teams.
