Job summary

YMP REM is seeking a Property Manager for its residential and commercial community in Florida. Reporting to a Regional Manager, you will oversee leasing, tenant relations, maintenance, budget planning, and rent collection to achieve financial objectives.

You will supervise staff, ensure safety and compliance, coordinate contracts, and communicate effectively with residents, owners, and upper management. This role is on-site with occasional travel.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of property management experience in multifamily.
• Bachelor's degree preferred; high school diploma required.
• Experience with Section 8 housing vouchers and related certifications.
• CPM/CAM designation a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee leasing, tenant relations, maintenance, and budget control.
• Manage 24/7 emergency response and safety programs.
• Administer rent collection and delinquencies; enforce lease terms.
• Lead site staff and coordinate contracts; supervise staff.
• Prepare and analyze operating budgets and variances.
