Job summary

Two Coast Living seeks a Property Manager to lead daily operations at a multifamily community in Chester, PA. You will hire and mentor on-site teams, manage leasing, resident relations, and vendor coordination, while driving occupancy and revenue.

You'll own budgets, oversee maintenance standards, ensure rent collection, and stay compliant with regulations. Strong leadership and communication are essential; 4+ years in property management required.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree or equivalent work experience managing large multifamily real estate properties required.
• A minimum of 4 years of residential property management experience with a proven track record in leasing or sales and at least 2 years supervising two or more employees.
• Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office products.
• Valid driver’s license to operate company vehicles or use own vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Run the Show – oversee day-to-day operations from leasing to resident relations and vendor coordination.
• Lead the Team – hire, train, schedule, and support on-site leasing and maintenance staff.
• Market Like a Pro – collaborate with marketing to attract residents and renewals.
• Drive Financial Performance – manage budgets, control expenses, maximize revenue, ensure rent collection.
• Be Resident-Focused – address concerns and welcome new residents.
• Keep It Looking Great – inspect property, oversee maintenance standards and capital improvements.
• Stay on Top of It All – prepare financial reports and ensure compliance.
• Stay Plugged In – engage with local associations and monitor competition.
