Job summary

The Retreat at River Bend in Oklahoma City, OK is seeking a Property Manager to lead daily operations of a multifamily community. You will drive occupancy, resident satisfaction, and revenue while owning the on-site experience.

As the on-site leader, you’ll hire and coach leasing and maintenance teams, manage budgets and reports, and collaborate with marketing to attract residents and renew leases. This role is full-time and on-site.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of multifamily property management experience.
• 2+ years in a supervisory role.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Proficiency with property management software (Entrata) and MS Office.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day property operations, leasing, resident relations, work orders, and vendor coordination.
• Hire, train, schedule, and support on-site leasing and maintenance teams.
• Collaborate with marketing to attract residents and renew leases.
• Manage budgets, expenses, rent collection, and financial reporting.
• Maintain property standards and coordinate capital improvements.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal requirements.
