Qualifications

• High School diploma is required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Two years in Property Management or related experience.
• CAM/ARM certification preferred or willing to obtain.
• Strong problem-solving and data collection skills.
• Ability to travel for company gatherings or other property sites.
• Fair Housing certification or willingness to obtain before interactions.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and property software.

Responsibilities

• Maximize occupancy and property value while managing operations.
• Lead and supervise on-site staff, including training and reviews.
• Address resident concerns with a positive service attitude.
• Develop resident retention programs and communication initiatives.
• Monitor finances, rent collection, and budget adherence.
• Coordinate with leasing staff to meet property goals.
• Maintain records of transactions, inspections, and maintenance.
