Two Coast Living is seeking a Property Manager to lead one multifamily community on-site in Oklahoma City. You will oversee leasing, resident relations, vendor coordination, and day-to-day operations, driving occupancy, satisfaction, and revenue.

You’ll build a high-performing on-site team, market the property, manage budgets, control expenses, ensure rent collection, and comply with local regulations while maintaining a best-in-class living experience for residents.

Qualificações

• 4+ years of residential property management experience with a track record in leasing or sales.
• Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office in an office environment.
• Familiarity with general business and accounting concepts; ability to read and develop financial statements.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee all day-to-day operations, including leasing, resident relations, work orders, and vendor coordination.
• Hire, train, schedule, and support on-site leasing and maintenance teams to build a positive culture.
• Market the property with team and partners to attract residents and renew leases.
• Manage budgets, control expenses, maximize revenue, and ensure rent collection stays on track.
• Serve as the go-to contact for residents, address concerns, and ensure a high-quality living experience.
• Conduct regular property inspections, oversee maintenance standards, and capital improvements.
• Submit accurate financial reports, manage payroll/commissions, and stay compliant with local, state, and federal requirements.
