Job summary

Two Coast Living is seeking a Maintenance Technician for The Retreat at River Bend in Oklahoma City. This on-site, full-time role performs routine, preventative, and emergency maintenance including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, and HVAC tasks to keep the community safe and well-maintained.

Requires 2+ years in multifamily or hospitality maintenance, a valid driver’s license, and your own basic tools.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of maintenance experience in multifamily, residential, or hospitality environments.
• Experience with general building maintenance and repairs.
• Must have valid driver's license and own basic tools.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine, preventative, and emergency maintenance and repairs (light carpentry, plumbing, electrical, painting, HVAC-related work).
• Respond to work orders promptly and identify issues before they escalate.
• Maintain safety and cleanliness of buildings, grounds, and resident amenities.
• Interact professionally with residents and support team members.
