Job summary

Two Coast Living is seeking a focused Maintenance Technician for The Retreat at River Bend in Oklahoma City, OK. This role covers routine and emergency upkeep, light carpentry, plumbing, electrical, painting and HVAC-related work.

The position is Monday–Friday 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, with on-call rotation including some weekends or holidays. You will work closely with the Maintenance and Property Management teams to ensure resident comfort and community safety.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of maintenance experience in multifamily, residential, or hospitality settings.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Proficient in light carpentry, painting, plumbing, electrical and HVAC tasks.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine, preventive, and urgent maintenance and repairs.
• Respond to work orders promptly; identify issues before escalation.
• Maintain safety, cleanliness, and functionality of buildings and amenities.
• Interact professionally with residents and team members.
• Support other maintenance tasks and vendor coordination as needed.
