The role involves managing inquiries, scheduling, and coordinating maintenance with attention to guest needs.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of on-site property management experience, strong customer service, and proficiency with MS Office. A valid driver’s license is required.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• 3+ years on-site property management experience.
• Strong customer service and building knowledge.
• Experience coordinating appointments.
• Proficient with MS Office and web-based apps.
• Detail-oriented with time-management skills.
• Valid driver’s license with clean record.

Responsabilidades

• Respond to questions and complaints in a timely manner.
• Contact tenants to address issues requiring immediate attention.
• Schedule maintenance calls and generate work orders.
• Order inventory and obtain repair estimates.
• Process applications for long-term residency, including background checks.
• Assist Activities team with hiring entertainment and managing event tickets.
• Manage petty cash, A/P/A/R, credit card reconciliations, and deposits.
• Manage calendars and perform general administrative tasks.
