Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of on-site property management experience.
• Strong customer service skills and understanding of building structures.
• Experience coordinating and scheduling appointments.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and related tools.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and administrative tasks.
• Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Property Manager in all aspects of property management.
• Serve as liaison between office, guests, and residents on maintenance issues.
• Respond to questions and complaints promptly.
• Schedule maintenance, generate work orders for repairs.
• Order inventory and obtain repair estimates.
• Process new long-term residency applications including background checks.
• Assist Activities team with events, tickets, and supplies.
• Manage petty cash, A/P, A/R, credit card and bank reconciliations.
• Maintain calendars and perform general administrative tasks.
