Equity Lifestyle Properties in Arcadia, Florida is seeking an Assistant Manager to support the Property Manager with all aspects of property management and guest/resident liaison on maintenance and related issues.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, 3+ years in on-site property management, strong customer service, scheduling, and MS Office proficiency. A detail-oriented multitasker with a valid driver's license is preferred.

• 3+ years of on-site property management.
• Strong customer service and basic building knowledge.
• Experience coordinating appointments.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and web applications.
• Detail-oriented with multitasking ability.

Responsabilidades

• Support the Property Manager in all aspects of property management.
• Liaise between our office, guests and residents regarding maintenance and other issues.
• Respond to questions and complaints promptly.
• Contact tenants to address urgent issues.
• Schedule maintenance calls and generate work orders.
• Process applications for long-term residency, including background checks.
• Assist Activities team with events, purchasing supplies and managing ticket sales.
• Manage petty cash, accounts payable/receivable, credit card and bank reconciliations.
• Manage calendars and perform general administrative tasks.
