Job summary

Equity LifeStyle Properties is seeking an Assistant Manager in Davie, Florida, to support the Property Manager and liaise with guests and residents on maintenance and related issues. You will handle scheduling, work orders, and admin tasks while ensuring excellent service.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) and 3+ years in on-site property management, with strong MS Office and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; 3+ years on-site property management.
• Strong customer service skills and knowledge of building structures.
• Experience coordinating appointments and using MS Office and online tools.

Responsibilities

• Respond to questions and complaints promptly.
• Contact tenants to address urgent issues.
• Schedule maintenance calls and generate work orders for repairs.
• Order inventory and obtain estimates for repairs.
• Process new residency applications, including background checks.
• Assist Activities team with events and ticket sales.
• Manage petty cash, AP/AR, reconciliations, and deposits.
• Manage calendars and perform general administrative tasks.
