Equity LifeStyle Properties is seeking an Assistant Manager in Florida to support on-site operations for our manufactured home communities. You will respond to tenant questions, coordinate maintenance, and manage office tasks with an emphasis on service quality.

The role requires 3+ years of on-site property management, a Bachelor's degree, and strong organizational skills. A flexible schedule including weekends and holidays is expected, with a comprehensive benefits package offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of on-site property management experience.
• Strong customer service and basic building knowledge.
• Experience coordinating and scheduling appointments.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic financial systems.
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Respond to questions and complaints in a timely manner.
• Contact tenants to address issues requiring immediate attention.
• Schedule maintenance calls and generate work orders for the repair of buildings and grounds.
• Order inventory and obtain estimates for repairs.
• Process new applications for long-term residency, including background checks and file maintenance.
• Assist Activities team with hiring entertainment, purchasing supplies and managing ticket sales for events.
• Manage petty cash, accounts payable and receivable, credit card reconciliations, cash reconciliations, bank deposits, other duties and responsibilities.
• Manage calendars and perform general administrative tasks.
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule including weekends & holidays.
