Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with technical training in a building trade.

• Ability to operate power tools and read plans.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to lift up to 100 lbs and perform physically demanding tasks.

Responsibilities

• Completes work orders accurately and on time.
• Performs repairs including painting, carpentry, plumbing, electrical, HVAC as needed.
• Maintains exterior grounds, common areas, and turnover units.
• Provides on-call maintenance and responds to emergencies.
• Records preventive maintenance activities and uses the work order system.
