Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent with technical training in building trades.
• At least 2 years of skilled maintenance experience.
• Ability to lift and carry heavy objects and perform physical tasks.
• Commitment to safety policies and procedures.
• Experience using maintenance software and hand tools.

Responsibilities

• Complete work orders in a timely and accurate manner.
• Perform repairs including painting, carpentry, plumbing, electrical, and HVAC basics.
• Maintain exterior grounds and common areas.
• Handle unit turnovers and bed bug treatments as directed by the Property Manager.
• Operate Yardi or maintenance/work order systems to document tasks and close work orders.
• Provide on‑call maintenance and respond to emergencies as needed.
