Northwest Real Estate Capital Corp./Tamarack Property Management Co. is seeking a Property Maintenance Technician to perform grounds upkeep, preventative maintenance, repairs, turnovers, and janitorial tasks on our properties.

The role emphasizes cleanliness, customer service, and hazard-free environments, reporting to the Property Manager with a daily meal provided on weekdays. The ideal candidate will have at least a high school diploma or equivalent and hands-on building trade experience,

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent and trade-related training or experience.
• 2+ years of skilled maintenance experience required.
• Ability to read plans, follow instructions, and use basic math.

Responsibilities

• Complete work orders promptly; perform repairs and preventive maintenance.
• Maintain exterior grounds, common areas, and turnover units.
• Utilize Yardi to record work and manage maintenance tasks.
• Respond to maintenance emergencies and provide on-call coverage as needed.
• Complete documentation and reports; ensure hazard-free environment.
• Assist with purchases and vendor coordination as directed.
