Qualifications

• A minimum of a High School Diploma or equivalent.
• At least 1 year experience in a maintenance, custodial, groundskeeping or facilities related field.
• Must be able to perform physical labor and lift heavy objects.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness of common areas and general upkeep of buildings and grounds.
• Perform preventive maintenance and keep detailed records of location, item and schedule.
• Complete resident and site work orders promptly and with proper paperwork.
• Oversee turnover of vacant apartments to minimize rental income loss.
• Manage inventory of maintenance supplies and assist Community Manager with purchases.
• Be on-call for emergencies as needed.
