Job summary

Tamarack Property Management Co. is seeking a Property Maintenance Technician to perform grounds maintenance, preventative maintenance, repairs, turnover tasks, and janitorial duties. The ideal candidate has multi‑trades capability and a strong focus on cleanliness and safety.

Responsibilities include completing work orders, performing repairs, maintaining outdoor areas, and responding to emergencies. Requires high school diploma or equivalent and 2+ years in skilled maintenance.

Qualifications

• Education: High School degree or equivalent and technical training/experience in a building trade required.
• Experience: 2 years or more in skilled maintenance work required.
• Ability to perform basic repairs across trades and handle maintenance tasks.

Responsibilities

• Completes work orders in a timely and accurate manner.
• Performs repairs on the property, including painting, carpentry or wall repair, and minor plumbing, electrical, etc.
• Maintains exterior common areas and grounds, including lawns and flowerbeds, shrubbery, and trash pickup.
• Provides on‑call maintenance service and responds to emergencies as needed.
• Utilizes maintenance software and records work completed.
