Northwest Real Estate Capital Corp. is seeking a Property Maintenance Technician to join the on-site team. The role focuses on grounds care, preventative maintenance, repairs, and apartment turnovers, with responsibilities spanning painting, carpentry, plumbing, and electrical tasks.

Ideal candidates will have a High School diploma or equivalent and at least 2 years of skilled maintenance experience. The position is part-time and requires the ability to drive between properties as needed.

Qualificações

• Experience in building trades preferred.
• Ability to read and follow instructions and basic math.

Responsabilidades

• Completes work orders in a timely and accurate manner.
• Maintains exterior common areas and grounds, including lawns, flowerbeds, shrubbery, parking areas, and trash pickup.
• Performs repairs on the property including painting, carpentry, wall repair, minor plumbing/electrical/heating/AC.
• Cleans up after work, turns over units, and applies bed bug treatments as directed.
• Provides on-call maintenance service and responds to emergencies.
• Documents preventive maintenance in the work order system.
• Performs triannual unit inspections with Property Manager.
• Completes assigned training and submits purchase orders for approval.
