Northwest Real Estate Capital Corp. in Forest Grove, OR is seeking a Full-time on-site Maintenance Technician to join the property management team.

You will perform janitorial tasks, preventative maintenance, repairs, and apartment turnovers to keep a high standard of cleanliness and safety. The role requires at least 1 year of maintenance experience, a High School diploma, the ability to lift heavy objects, use tools, read plans, and communicate effectively with residents and vendors.

Qualifications

• 1 year or more in maintenance work required.
• High School degree or equivalent.
• Physical capability to push/pull objects up to 100 lbs and lift objects up to 100 lbs.
• Able to read plans, regulatory documents, and maintenance instructions.
• Able to operate power carpentry tools, lawnmower, snowblower, and cleaning equipment.

Responsabilités

• Completes work orders in a timely and accurate manner; cleans up after work.
• Assists with repairs on the property including painting, carpentry, plumbing, electrical, air conditioning, heating.
• Assists with unit turnover cleaning and preventive maintenance.
• Maintains grounds and common areas; manages trash and parking areas.
• Provides on-call maintenance and responds to emergencies as directed.
• Maintains maintenance logs and inventory; documents incident reports.
