Job summary

Northwest Real Estate Capital Corp. is seeking a Full-Time Maintenance Tech to join the on-site team at properties in Forest Grove, OR.

The role includes janitorial tasks, preventative maintenance, repairs, and apartment turnovers, with a focus on cleanliness, customer service, and a hazard-free environment. You will handle work orders, assist with repairs, maintain grounds, manage inventory, and support the Regional Property Manager.

Qualifications

• 1 year or more in maintenance work required.

Responsibilities

• Completes work orders in a timely and accurate manner; cleans up after work is complete.
• Assists Maintenance Technician with repairs on the property, including painting, carpentry or wall repair, and minor plumbing, electrical, air conditioning, heating, etc.
• Assists with cleaning of units during turnover process as directed by the Regional Property Manager.
• Maintains grounds and common areas, including lawns and flowerbeds, shrubbery, parking areas, trash pickup.
• Provides on-call maintenance service as directed by the Area Manager; responds to emergencies and completes incident/accident reports.
