Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support property upkeep across community areas and units under the supervision of the Maintenance Supervisor and Community Manager.

You will perform routine, preventative, emergency, and cosmetic maintenance; assist with make-ready for vacant units; and maintain safety practices per OSHA. Regular on-site attendance and strong customer service are required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Ability to understand and perform on-site software functions; basic computer skills.
• Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Respond to resident/management requests and work orders promptly.
• Perform routine, preventative, emergency and cosmetic maintenance.
• Assist with make-ready processes for vacant units.
• Maintain safety standards and follow OSHA guidelines.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and inventories.
