Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support maintenance across the community, including corrective, preventative, routine, and cosmetic tasks under supervision. The role covers both community and unit maintenance while ensuring safety and adherence to standards.

The technician will handle on-site software usage, manage daily checks, and assist with hazard communication according to OSHA guidelines, while responding to on-call emergencies and maintaining records.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to understand and perform all on-site software functions; basic computer skills required.
• Basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Perform community and unit maintenance as assigned.
• Respond to resident/management requests and work orders in a timely manner.
• Maintain preventative maintenance program to extend the life of the property.
