Job summary

Asset Living, a fast-growing property management firm, seeks a Maintenance Technician to assist in maintenance across the community. You will help with corrective, preventative, routine, emergency, and cosmetic maintenance under supervision.

Key duties include responding to work orders, performing pool maintenance logs, and supporting the Make-Ready process while adhering to safety and OSHA guidelines.

Qualifications

• HighSchool education with on-site maintenance basics.
• Ability to perform on-site software functions; basic computer skills required.
• Must have knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Assist maintenance tasks for community common areas and units.
• Respond to resident/management requests and work orders promptly.
• Perform preventive maintenance and make-ready tasks under supervision.
• Maintain safety standards and proper record-keeping for repairs.
