Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Porter to assist in carrying out the maintenance processes of the property under the supervision of the Maintenance Supervisor and Community Manager. The role requires daily on-site attendance, basic computer skills, and a commitment to safety.

The Porter will support preventive maintenance, respond to resident requests, and help maintain a welcoming, well-kept community while adhering to Asset Living policies and OSHA guidelines.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Basic computer skills required to operate on-site software.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Maintain grounds, buildings, and community areas to ensure safety and cleanliness.
• Respond to resident requests and work orders in a timely manner.
• Assist in preventive maintenance and inspections to minimize liabilities.
