Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Porter to support on-site maintenance across the community. The role covers corrective, preventative, routine, and cosmetic tasks under supervision, with an emphasis on keeping common areas clean and safe.

Responsibilities include daily on-site attendance, responding to resident and management requests, inspecting areas for hazards, and assisting in preventative maintenance to extend the life of the property. A high school diploma and basic computer skills are required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Ability to understand and perform all on-site software functions; basic computer skills required.

Responsibilities

• Maintenance of common areas, buildings, breezeways, and grounds.
• Respond to resident/management requests and work orders in a timely manner.
• Inspect grounds, buildings, and other community features daily to identify hazards.
• Assist in maintaining a preventative maintenance program to extend life of the community.
• Participate in unit inspections as requested.
• Participate in on-call emergency at community.
