You will perform repairs across electrical, plumbing, appliances, carpentry, HVAC and grounds, maintain safety, and manage work orders with a strong emphasis on customer satisfaction. A valid driver's license and English proficiency are required.

Qualifications

• Must have maintenance and carpentry skills.
• Experience with electrical, plumbing, appliances and HVAC is preferred.
• Ability to read/write in English and maintain safety.

Responsibilities

• Address apartment/property maintenance duties as directed by supervisor.
• Perform repairs to electrical, plumbing, appliances, carpentry, HVAC and grounds.
• Maintain work orders and ensure resident satisfaction.
• Inspect grounds and common areas for safety and cleanliness.
• Assist with emergencies and on-call maintenance as needed.
