Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support our on-site teams across our North Carolina communities. You’ll perform corrective, preventive, routine, emergency, and cosmetic maintenance under supervision, support make-ready processes, and help keep common areas and units in top condition.

This role requires a High School Diploma or equivalent, basic computer skills, and knowledge of safety standards including Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Respond to resident and management requests and work orders promptly.
• Maintain common areas, buildings and units, including preventive and cosmetic tasks.
• Assist with make-ready processes and turnover events.
• Maintain pool area and log chemical treatments accurately.
• Follow safety policies and OSHA guidelines in all maintenance activities.
