Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support property maintenance across our communities, performing corrective, preventative, routine, emergency, and cosmetic tasks under supervision.

Responsibilities include daily on-site attendance, responding to work orders, pool care, safety compliance, and accurate record-keeping. A High School Diploma and basic computer skills are required; OSHA and Fair Housing knowledge is a plus.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Ability to understand and perform all on-site software functions; basic computer skills required.
• Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Community Maintenance: maintain common areas and units.
• Regular/daily onsite attendance is required.
• Respond to resident/management requests and work orders promptly.
• Perform repairs and replacements for common areas and units.
• Assist with maintenance/repair-related turn events.
• Maintain the exterior of the community, grounds and common areas.
• Pool maintenance and chemical log records.
• Keep accurate service-request records and safety documentation.
• Support safety programs and OSHA guidelines.
• Participate in on-call emergencies and respond to incidents.
