Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Maintenance Technician in Manor, TX to carry out maintenance, make-ready tasks, and routine repairs across the community. You will respond to resident requests, perform on-site inspections, and ensure safety standards are followed under supervision.

This is a full-time, on-site position with on-call responsibilities. A high school diploma or equivalent and basic computer skills are required, along with knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities
