Job summary

Asset Living in Fort Mill, SC is seeking a Maintenance Technician to perform preventive, corrective, routine, emergency, and cosmetic maintenance across our properties. The Technician assists with the make-ready process under the Maintenance Supervisor and Community Manager to ensure on-site upkeep and safety.

Join a safety-focused team and respond to resident requests, maintain logs, and participate in on-call emergencies.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
• Basic computer skills required to understand on-site software functions.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance on community buildings and units.
• Respond to resident requests and work orders in a timely manner.
• Maintain preventative maintenance programs and logs.
• Assist with make-ready and turnover events.
• Participate in on-call emergency at the community.

Education
