Job summary

Asset Living in Anderson, SC is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support the property maintenance, covering corrective, preventative, routine, emergency, and cosmetic tasks under the supervision of the Maintenance Supervisor and Community Manager.

You will assist in make-ready processes, maintain safety standards per OSHA guidelines, and help manage inventory and records while delivering strong resident service and upholding Asset Living standards.

Qualifications

• Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.
• Ability to understand and perform all on-site software functions; basic computer skills required.

Responsibilities

• Perform community maintenance in common areas and units.
• Respond to resident/management requests and work orders promptly.
• Maintain preventative maintenance programs and logs.
• Assist with on-call emergencies and safety inspections.
