Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support property maintenance across our communities. The role involves performing corrective, preventative, and cosmetic maintenance, and participating in the make-ready process under supervision of the Maintenance Supervisor and Community Manager.

You will handle on-site repairs, daily site duties, and ensure safety and OSHA standards are followed while delivering reliable service to residents.

Qualifications

• Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.
• Ability to understand and perform all on-site software functions; basic computer skills required.

Responsibilities

• Assist in carrying out maintenance processes including corrective, preventative, routine, and cosmetic maintenance.
• Make-ready process under supervision of Maintenance Supervisor and Community Manager.
• Respond to resident/management requests and work orders in a timely manner.
• Perform preventive maintenance and inspections of property grounds, buildings, and common areas.
• Maintain accurate records of service requests and safety documentation.
• On-call emergency support at the community and safe operation of equipment.
