Job summary

Greystar is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor for Marion Lake in Savannah, GA. The role overseeing and performing technical maintenance ensures cleanliness, safety, and functionality of the community’s buildings, grounds, and amenities.

You will diagnose issues, coordinate make-ready tasks, manage inventories, and support safety programs. Ideal candidates have HVAC certs, property-management maintenance experience, strong tools skills, and excellent communication.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or related experience and training.
• Experience in property management maintenance or related trade.
• Own hand tools and safe-use knowledge of tools.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively.
• MS Office, internet, spreadsheets, and database use.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair defects in units and common areas.
• Oversee make-ready process and coordinate vendors for vacant units.
• Maintain grounds, exteriors, interiors, and common areas to Greystar standards.
• Inspect contractor work and ensure quality and safety policies.
• Assist in budget development for repairs and capital projects.
