Job summary

Greystar is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor for the Marlowe Summerville community in Summerville, SC. The role oversees and performs technical and mechanical work to keep buildings, grounds, and amenities clean, safe, and functional.

Responsibilities include managing work orders, coordinating with vendors, maintaining inventory, and guiding safety procedures while ensuring Greystar standards are met. The position requires on-site availability with rotating on-call duties.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or related experience and training.
• Experience in property management maintenance or related trade.
• Own hand tools unless prohibited by State law; safe use of tools and equipment.

Responsibilities

• Oversees and completes maintenance work orders from resident requests.
• Manages the make-ready process for new move-ins and vacancy prep.
• Inspects and enforces safety and quality standards across the property.
• Schedules vendors, maintains supplies, and monitors budgetary guidelines.
• Conducts periodic inspections of work performed by staff and contractors.
