Qualifications

• Experience in property management maintenance or related trade.

• Able to read and apply policies and procedures.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair maintenance issues from resident requests.
• Complete make-ready process for vacant apartments with inspections and punches.
• Set standards for cleanliness and appearance of grounds and facilities.
• Inspect work of others and contractors for quality and budget adherence.
• Maintain inventory and assist with budget planning for repairs.
