Job summary

You’ll handle repairs, preventive tasks, and vendor coordination. Responsibilities include responding to resident requests, completing make-ready work for new move-ins, inspecting and maintaining equipment, and assisting with budget planning while upholding safety practices

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in property management maintenance preferred.
• Must provide own hand tools and operate them safely.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively with residents and team.
• Knowledge of basic safety and OSHA rules.

Responsibilities

• Respond to resident service requests and diagnose defects.
• Complete make-ready tasks for vacancies and schedule vendors.
• Inspect grounds, building exteriors, and common areas for cleanliness and safety.
• Help develop and monitor maintenance budget and cost-saving measures.
• Maintain inventory of spare parts and follow safety procedures.
