Job summary

Asset Living in Englewood, CO is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead on-site maintenance operations for our communities. You will supervise staff and vendors, manage service requests, and ensure safety and timely repairs.

Minimum requirements include a High School Diploma or Equivalent, EPA & CPO certification, and basic computer skills. HVAC knowledge and OSHA/Fair Housing awareness are valued along with strong customer service and leadership abilities.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• EPA & CPO certification required; HVAC knowledge desirable.
• Basic computer skills for on-site software functions.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate, schedule, and respond to resident/management requests and work orders.
• Inspect grounds, buildings, and features to identify hazards.
• Supervise maintenance staff and vendors under the Community Manager.
• Ensure repairs and preventive maintenance meet safety standards.
• Maintain records of service requests and make-ready status.
• Participate in on-call emergency coverage.
