Job summary

Asset Living in Colorado is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead maintenance operations, manage service requests, and oversee preventative maintenance while ensuring safety standards are met.

You will supervise maintenance staff and vendors, coordinate make-ready tasks, and respond to on-call emergencies, partnering with the Community Manager to maintain property quality and resident satisfaction. HVAC knowledge is a plus.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
• EPA & CPO certification required; HVAC preferred.
• Ability to use on-site software; basic computer skills.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance operations and respond to work orders.
• Schedule, supervise, and train maintenance staff.
• Ensure safety compliance and OSHA standards.
• Inspect grounds and facilities daily for hazards.
• Manage inventory and budget adherence.
• Participate in on-call emergencies.
