Qualifications

• Experience managing multi-family properties and staff supervision.

Responsabilités

• Interview and select associates; supervise and train on-site staff.
• Complete annual performance reviews and provide feedback.
• Motivate staff and maintain high performance through positive reinforcement.
• Plan weekly office schedules and coordinate with Maintenance Superintendent.
• Oversee rent collection and timely payments; enforce lease terms.
• Prepare management reports for Supervisor and Owner.
• Handle tenant communications and issue resolution promptly.
• Monitor safety, security, and compliance with housing regulations.
• Oversee leasing, marketing, and resident retention activities.
• Ensure accurate record-keeping and Entrata data entry.
