Foresight Asset Management, LLC is seeking a Property Manager to create a welcoming, well-managed community for residents. You will lead an on-site team, handle leasing, and manage day-to-day operations with a focus on service excellence and accurate reporting.

This role requires strong communication, organization, and financial acumen, with duties spanning staffing, budgeting, marketing, and resident relations to maximize occupancy and revenue.

Qualifications

• High school education required; college degree suggested.
• Minimum two years of experience in residential property management or related field.
• Strong management, communication, organizational and time-management skills.
• Sales ability with proven closing skills.
• Knowledge of on-site maintenance and vendor coordination.
• Proficiency with office technology and property management systems.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsabilités

• Oversee staffing, training, and development of on-site team.
• Collect rent, monitor delinquencies, and ensure compliance.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly financial and operational reports.
• Develop operating budgets and marketing plans.
• Manage affordable housing paperwork and reporting.
• Ensure smooth office operations and policy adherence.
• Lease apartments, conduct tours, and explain lease terms.
• Respond to inquiries from prospects and residents.
• Increase occupancy and optimize rental income.
• Train leasing staff and implement retention programs.
• Maintain accurate data entry and reporting.
• Conduct resident events and implement marketing strategies.
• Monitor market trends and pricing.
