Job summary

Qualifications

• 2+ years’ experience in multi-family property management with supervision.
• Housing credit certifications or equivalents preferred.
• Strong budgeting, leasing, and compliance knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Hire, train, and supervise on-site staff and coordinate with supervisor and owner.
• Maintain occupancy levels and manage leasing processes end-to-end.
• Oversee maintenance, budgeting, contracts, and safety compliance.
• Prepare management reports and ensure timely communications with stakeholders.
