Job summary

Chapman Management Group, LLC is seeking a detail-oriented Leasing Consultant to manage two or more properties. The role focuses on coordinating move-ins, move-outs, lease renewals and delivering top-tier customer service to residents and prospects.

The Leasing Specialist will work with a Property Manager to schedule priorities, generate leads, conduct tours, process applications, and maintain accurate records to achieve high occupancy and resident satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• 1 year sales or customer service experience preferred.
• 1 year residential leasing experience preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
• LIHTC experience preferred.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with Entrata or similar leasing software preferred.
• Strong communication across management levels.
• Independent, organized, and able to work in fast-paced environment.
• English reading/writing/listening required; bilingual preferred.
• Driver’s license with clean record required.

Responsibilities

• Generate and manage prospective resident leads.
• Follow up with prospective residents daily by phone, mail, or email.
• Convert leads to scheduled property tours.
• Qualify prospective residents and tour apartments.
• Assist with applications and maintain accurate records.
• Coordinate move-ins/move-outs with maintenance.
• Ensure properties meet curb appeal standards.
