Asset Living is seeking a Community Manager in Cayce, SC to oversee the on-site operations of a housing community under supervision of the Regional Manager. You will manage personnel, leasing, maintenance, financial administration, and risk management while ensuring compliance with company policies and fair housing guidelines.

The role requires strong leadership, budgeting and cost-control skills to achieve optimal net operating income and resident satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• CAM or ARM certification preferred.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsabilités

• Oversee all operations of a housing community on-site.
• Manage staff, leasing, maintenance, and finances.
• Develop yearly operating budgets and monitor NOI.
• Ensure compliance with Asset Living policies and safety guidelines.
• Provide leadership to staff and coordinate with HR as needed.
