Job summary

Asset Living seeks an on-site Community Manager to oversee all operations of a housing community under the Regional Manager. You will supervise staff, leasing, maintenance, and finances while ensuring compliance with safety and fair housing guidelines.

Responsibilities include budgeting, marketing plans, resident relations, and timely reporting. Candidates should have related housing experience and basic software skills, with a focus on delivering excellent service.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 4 years housing exp or 1–2 years related experience.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.
• Ability to use on-site property management software.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the housing community.
• Manage personnel, leasing, maintenance, and administration.
• Develop budgets and monitor financial reports.
• Lead leasing, resident relations, and retention programs.
• Ensure compliance with policies and safety regulations.
• Coordinate emergency responsiveness and staff supervision.
