Asset Living is seeking a Community Manager to oversee all operations of a housing community on-site, reporting to the Regional Manager. You will supervise staff across leasing, maintenance, administration, and risk management while ensuring compliance with policy and fair housing guidelines.

You will drive annual budgets, marketing plans, and resident retention efforts, while maintaining high levels of service excellence and safety. This role requires strong leadership and on-site presence.

Formación

• Must have on-site software literacy and basic computer skills.
• High School Diploma or GED required; bachelor’s degree preferred or 4 years housing industry experience.
• CAM or ARM certification preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee and manage all operations of the housing community on site.
• Supervise staff, leasing, maintenance, and administrative functions.
• Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reporting.
• Implement marketing plans and lease-up strategies to maximize occupancy and NOI.
• Ensure compliance with Asset Living policies, safety, and fair housing guidelines.
• Address resident concerns and maintain high resident satisfaction.

Conocimientos

Certified Apartment Manager (CAM) or ARM preferred
