Job summary

Core Spaces is seeking a Community Manager to lead an on-site team, drive leasing and resident satisfaction, and manage financial performance for a live-in asset in Tempe. You will supervise leasing, maintenance, and guest relations, while partnering with vendors and university stakeholders to deliver a high‑quality living experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; 4+ years property management experience preferred.
• Proven leadership, coaching, and performance management skills.
• Strong budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis abilities.
• Experience with leasing performance, occupancy goals, and resident retention.
• Knowledge of property management software (Entrata, Yardi) and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Lead on-site leasing, operations, resident experience, and maintenance.
• Drive property performance through budgeting, forecasting, and expense control.
• Coordinate staff scheduling, training, and performance coaching.
• Oversee vendor contracts and service quality.
• Partner with marketing and Revenue Management to hit occupancy goals.
• Foster hospitality-driven resident relations and university partnerships.
• Ensure compliance with policies, safety, and regulatory requirements.
• Support move-in, turn, and move-out activities and operations.
